The Saucony Tempus is a stability shoe that’s supercharged with a full-length bed of Saucony’s PWRRUN PB foam, providing lightweight cushioning and amazing energy return.
The PWRRUN PB foam is set inside a PWRRUN Frame that supports your foot as you land, stabilizes it through the midfoot and provides for a snappy takeoff. Your foot sits securely in the shoe for a plush and supportive fit thanks to deep contouring. The midsole geometry gives you a supportive base and a super smooth ride. All these features combine to give you support and stability during your run, which is particularly helpful if you overpronate or have flexible arches.
A lightweight, breathable mesh upper complements the Tempus perfectly. The rounded heel counter hugs your heel and keeps you secure. Plus, a lightweight midfoot saddle and adaptive lacing allow you to dial in your perfect fit.

My first pair of supportive running shoes: A+!
I have never been an athlete in my life by any means but I have enjoyed running and jogging since I was a teenager. I lost some weight with walking and hiking over the past 2 years and decided it was finally safe on my joints to start running again. What a difference these kicks have made!! I was running for a while in an old pair of walking shoes from Skechers and I think getting fitted for these shoes was the best gift I could have given myself. Jake at Fleet Feet measured my feet and how I stand observed my gait and suggested multiple pairs of shoes for me to try in store. He was INCREDIBLE: so knowledgeable endlessly patient with me and never once made me feel dumb for being a newbie to running gear. I have had so much more fun on my miles now and significantly less pain. I can focus more on my breathing and form instead of how much my feet are sliding around in my shoes. If you are looking for stylish comfortable and extremely arch-supportive shoes for running or every day walking Saucony Tempuses are where it’s at! I highly recommend them. Sizing off
Too narrow and arch hit my foot wrong. Disappointed as I loved my previous style but it was no longer in production. As I usually only get new pair every 10 months I find this brand discontinues styles frequently
