Features

Get ready to blast through your runs with the supportive ASICS GT-2000 v11.

This stability shoe has LITETRUSS™ technology positioned on the inside of the midsole that improves stability by preventing your foot from rolling too far inward to give you a smoother stride.

ASICS re-engineered the GT-2000’s midsole by adding FF BLAST™ cushioning for extra bounce at toe-off and more energy return with every stride. The result is a comfortable shoe that gets you excited to run. Our testers loved the feeling in our ASICS GT-2000 v 11 review, "The ASICS GT-2000 11 is stable in the heel with flexibility in the forefoot, which I find to be a comfortable combination. The shoes feel lightweight and offer smooth transitions with just the right amount of pep."

The upper of the new GT-2000 is made with a jacquard mesh that provides a supportive and comfortable foothold. ASICS’ Adaptive Fit technology allows the breathable mesh upper to adapt to your foot’s natural shape so it can fit a variety of foot shapes. Plus, at least 50% of the upper material is made with recycled content to reduce waste and carbon emissions, so you can feel good about wearing it.

Whether you are running your 50th marathon or your first 5K, the ASICS GT-2000 v11 is a lightweight, energetic shoe that will help you get to the finish line.

What’s New

The biggest update made to the ASICS GT-2000 v11 is the addition of FF Blast foam in the midsole. This added more cushioning to the shoe and increased the stack height. ASICS also carved flex grooves into the outsole to give you a more energetic experience and better toe-off. Designers updated the upper with recycled materials to give you more breathability and a more adaptive fit. Finally, ASICS improved the LITETRUSS system by beveling the heel with gel cushioning to give you more support and a smoother ride.

Who It’s Best For

From long runs to fast-paced speedwork, the ASICS GT-2000 v11 is a great stability trainer with enough cushioning to be your everyday workhorse running shoe. It works best for those with flexible arches or who overpronate and are looking for a bit more stability in a shoe. If you are looking for something with even more cushioning and support, check out the ASICS Gel-Kayano.

Why You’ll Love It

You will love how the ASICS GT-2000 v11 lets you get your run done in comfort. It is moderately cushioned and lightweight, so you can have one shoe for tempo runs, speedwork, recovery runs, long runs and everything in between.

Good shoes

Great quality. My shoes lasted about 450 miles before I replaced them simply because I felt the cushion was going. Still in great shape though. Comfortable and good stability

The ASICS designers must have had me in mind when they sized shoes! They fit my picky feet perfectly and I hope they NEVER discontinue the GT 2000 series

Good shoes just not for low arches

These shoes are very soft and cushioned on the inside.I bought these for distance track and Cross Country.I thought they would be for long distance speed workouts but they are better for longer slower runs.
